Medical Centre
Practice Charter
NUI Maynooth Medical Centre wishes to provide you with an efficient, friendly and caring service. You will be treated as an individual and will be given the courtesy and respect at all times irrespective of your ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of your health problem. If you have a complaint regarding services given by the Medical Centre, please ask to see the Head of Department.
The Staff of the Medical Centre will endeavour to undertake that:
- Routine surgery appointments will be available within one week of making a request
- Emergencies will be seen immediately and ahead of booked appointments.
- Women requiring the (Morning-After-Pill) will be promptly seen.
- Every effort will be made to see you as close to your appointment time as possible.
Full confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
